This week, the Carmel home of “Golden Girl” Betty White sold for $10.775 million, and now the beloved actress and comedian’s longtime Brentwood home has been listed for $10.575 million.

White died last New Year’s Eve in the home at the age of 99 – 17 days shy of her 100th birthday – after suffering a stroke days earlier.

This is the first time the Brentwood property has been on the market in 50 years. The 3,029 square foot home has five bedrooms and six baths and sits on almost an acre of “parklike grounds.” There are well-tended gardens, a pool and views of the Getty Museum and mountains. The property is being sold for land value only, however, and there is no interior access to the home.
