EastEnders favourites ‘attacked’ in explosive return scenes – and a loved one is to blame

Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) got quite the shock in recent EastEnders scenes when he found the door to his flat open, and suspected that there had been a break in.

Alfie has been sharing his flat with Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) and their sons, but with the boys at school and Kat making up the numbers at Whitney Dean’s (Shona McGarty) wedding, he wasn’t expecting anyone to be in.

After failing to get in touch with Kat, he was forced to face the intruders head on, armed with an inflatable baseball bat.
