The new season of one of the world’s most popular TV shows has launched – and fans are already calling the premiere ‘one of the best episodes of television ever made’.

The release date for The Bear season 3 has finally arrived on Disney Plus, reuniting viewers with beloved characters including talented chefs Carmy (Jeremy Allen White) and Sydney (Ayo Edebiri).

Season two ended with the very chaotic opening of their newly relaunched restaurant when all sorts of mayhem unravelled, despite the night eventually being a professional success.

In the trailer for season three, more bedlam is promised at the newfangled eatery, as all of The Bear’s employees are forced to grapple with a kitchen that’s bursting at the seams with ‘non-negotiable’ new guidelines, while striving to achieve a Michelin star.

The first episode, titled Tomorrow, brings viewers right back to exploring passionate chef Carmy, after his personal life with his girlfriend Claire (Molly Gordon) went up in smoke in season two while he was stuck in a freezer.

Without going into spoilers of exactly what happens… it’s safe to say that people who have already tuned in to watch the premiere have been amazed beyond belief.

Wow.
Episode 1 of #TheBear Season 3 is the best of the series thus far and a true work of art. A stunningly beautiful, pensive and melancholic journey through time and moments both earth-shatteringly huge and small, but precious. I was in tears throughout. pic.twitter.com/nf3LP0E2ID
