In her most relatable move yet, Margot Robbie has admitted she used to listen to the Titanic soundtrack to tear up on the set of The Wolf of Wall Street.
The 2013 movie – in which the 34-year-old actor starred opposite Jack Dawson actor Leonardo DiCaprio -featured plenty of raunchy, volatile, and emotional scenes between the onscreen husband and wife.
Since the movie demanded Margot’s character, Naomi Lapaglia, start crying during one scene the Barbie star did what any rational person would do.
The Hollywood star listened to the soundtrack of one of the most heartwrenching movies of all time – James Cameron’s 1997 blockbuster Titanic.
Who among us hasn’t shed a tear to Celine Dion’s My Heart Will Go On while watching Jack and Rose’s (Kate Winslet) doomed love story play out as the infamous vessel plunged into icy waters?

Whatever the technique, it worked as her role in Wolf of Wall Street secured her spot into the limelight and fully launched her lucrative Hollywood career.

Nowadays the Oscar-nominated actor is used to using unique and strange methods to connect with her characters.
In 2023, she opened up about the struggle she went through trying to tap into the Barbie mindset.
‘It was so weird prepping Barbie as a character. It was almost like all of my usual tools didn’t apply for this character.’ Margot told Variety at the time.

And even tried her hand at ‘animal exercises’ which is exactly what it says on …read more
