Joe Wicks joins Dragons’ Den as new star-studded line-up is revealed

Joe Wicks is set to join the TV show Dragon’s Den as a Guest Dragon who will invest in business ideas on the show.

Joe, 38, who is best known as an online fitness coach and healthy chef, is set to join series 22 of the reality business show, set to air in 2025.

The Body Coach will be joining resident dragons Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden, Touker Suleyman, Sara Davies and Steven Bartlett and has already said he can’t wait to get stuck in.

‘I can’t wait to step into the Den as a Guest Dragon and meet all the brilliant and passionate entrepreneurs,’ he said in a statement.

‘My own journey has shown me that with the right mindset and a lot of hard work, anything is possible.

‘I’m really looking forward to sharing my experiences and hopefully helping some amazing businesses reach their full potential.’

Joe published his first cookbook in 2015, Lean in 15, after gaining success on social media for his workout videos and quick healthy dinner recipes.

He quickly gained a larger social media following which skyrocketed during lockdown when he became a ‘PE teacher to the nation.’

His work throughout the pandemic led him to be awarded an MBE for services to fitness and charity.

TV style guru Trinny Woodall will also be acting as a guest judge on the show. Trinny is best known for her TV show with Susannah Constantine, What Not To Wear, and is the founder and CEO of the beauty brand, Trinny London.

‘I’m delighted to join the next series of Dragons’ Den as a guest dragon and look forward to discovering the fantastic ideas and passion that the entrepreneurs will bring to the table. I’m looking forward to sharing insights from my own entrepreneurial journey and hope I can play a part in helping these businesses achieve their goals,’ she said.

Retail entrepreneur Emma Grede will also be returning to the show after appearing on season 21- which also featured Gary Neville. Emma is the Co-Founder & CEO of Good American and Founding Partner of SKIMS, she has also been named one of America’s Richest Self-Made Women (2022-2024).

‘I’m so happy to be back in the Den. This show is all about opening up the world of business and providing a platform for emerging entrepreneurs who might not otherwise have the opportunity. 

‘I’ve thoroughly enjoyed getting to know and support the people and businesses I discovered last time around, and I can’t wait to do it all again!
