It’s now been 54 years since Glastonbury first launched, with tens of thousands of people flocking to Worthy Farm each year.

This year will be no different, with the 2024 crowd expected to draw in 210,000 music fans, including performers, stage crew, celebrities and fans, as well as hospitality and medical staff.

The headliners fronting the festival this year are Dua Lipa, Coldplay and SZA, with Shania Twain filling the Legends slot.

Of course, being an iconic festival, getting there in person can seem pretty impossible at times, with the first wave of tickets, which started at £355, selling out in just 25 minutes earlier this year.

For those who missed out, there’s still a chance to be part of the action, with the BBC providing live TV and radio coverage of the performances.

So, when can you watch Glastonbury this year and will it all be shown? Here’s everything you need to know.

The BBC have promised more coverage of the festival than ever before, with a whopping six weeks of content running on BBC Sounds, BBC Radio, TV, and iPlayer.

It kicked off on June 3 and continues until the conclusion of the festival on Sunday night.

There are more than 100 different stages at the Glastonbury Festival, and while the BBC won’t be covering all of them, they’ll have highlights from the big five, which includes the Pyramid Stage, The Other Stage, West Holts, Woodsies (formally the John Peel) and the Park Stage.

There will also be two dedicated Glastonbury TV channels on BBC iPlayer; the Glastonbury Channel Live, which will stream performances as they happen, along with the newly launched Glastonbury Channel II, which will collate highlights from across the weekend.

By the end of the weekend there will be over 90 performances available to watch, including Dua Lipa, Coldplay, SZA, Shania Twain, Anne-Marie, AURORA, The National, Jessie Ware, Nothing But Thieves, Paloma Faith, Charlie XCX, The Vaccines, Janelle Monae and more.
