Eamonn Holmes was pictured for the first time with his girlfriend Katie Alexander after he reportedly left Ruth Langsford ‘gobsmacked’ by whisking her away on holiday.
The GB News presenter, 64, was seen at Barcelona airport with Katie, 42, over the weekend before they embarked on a luxury Mediterranean cruise.
Eamonn was using a wheelchair after dealing with ongoing health issues since slipping three discs in his back in 2021 and losing ‘full mobility.’
He wore a navy jacket and matching trousers to travel in and appeared to have been approached by several fans while heading to the terminal.
Katie, meanwhile, followed closely behind the former This Morning presenter and held onto his wakers. She was dressed in beige chinos and a blue and white striped cardigan.
Sources have claimed that Eamonn’s latest step with Katie has left his former wife Ruth, 64, and her friends surprised.

A source told The Sun: ‘The cruise is just the latest proof of their closeness.
‘Katie has been telling pals she and Eamonn are going to be for keeps — and now everyone is starting to believe her.
‘Eamonn’s zest for her – the latest being this trip – has wowed Ruth and pals. He has found a new lease of life for sure. Everyone is amazed.’

Eamonn’s cruise with Katie is reportedly their second holiday after they enjoyed a week-long trip to Belfast earlier this summer.
