Nicola McLean has taken aim at AJ Odudu and Will Best and demanded Rylan Clark is brought back to Big Brother.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star, who appeared on the iconic reality show in 2012 and later turned for the 2017 All-Star vs. New Star edition, is not a fan of the new presenting duo’s hosting style.
Instead, she would rather see Big Brother legends Rylan or Alison Hammond in the role, as they have the experience of having been on the reality show themselves.
Appearing on the Saving Grace podcast, Nicola slammed the ITV2 reboot and the choices made for the hosts.
‘I don’t love the presenters yeah I really don’t know why have we not got Rylan I’m sorry I do think it should have been Rylan or, like, even Alison Hammond or someone that had been on the show,’ she said.
‘I think it has to be Rylan. If it wasn’t going to be Emma [Willis], you’ve got to have Rylan. I don’t like the presenters, and I do prefer the celebrity versions of them I’m sorry I do.’

Rylan has plenty of history, having won CBB in 11 years ago and then going on to host spin off show Bit On The Side.
He has previously admitted he is yet to ‘let go’ of Big Brother, and he’s always been hoping for a return.
Rylan told Nick Grimshaw and Angela Hartnett’s Dish podcast before AJ and Will were confirmed as the hosts last year: ‘So, I’ve made no secret, and I’m still not going to make a secret, of course I’d love to go back. It was such a big part of my life.’

Back in January, Rylan insisted he was ‘very happy and content’ with where his career has ended up, and while he’s moved on from the idea of returning to Big Brother, he still doesn’t think he’ll be tuning in.
‘I’m not gonna go to my ex’s wedding, let’s be honest,’ he told Metro.co.uk. ‘It was such a massive part of my life, it still is, and it always will be. Big Brother changed my life.
