A house that sold for $2.9 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Fremont in the past week.

In total, five residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $1.9 million, or $1,086 per square foot.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of June 10 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

5. $1.5 million, condominium in the 200 block of Paso Roble,

A 1,842 square-foot condominium in the 200 block of Paso Roble, in Fremont has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in May and the total purchase price was $1,525,000, $828 per square foot. The condominium was built in 2012. The condominium features four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

4. $1.7 million, condominium in the 400 block of Pagoda Terrace,

The sale of a condominium in the 400 block of Pagoda Terrace, in Fremont has been finalized. The price was $1,658,000, and the new owners took over the condominium in May. The condominium was built in 2008 and has a living area of 1,538 square feet. The price per square foot was $1,078. The condominium features four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
