It’s already shaping up to be a huge year for concerts in 2025.
So many biggie acts have announced shows in the Bay Area in the New Year. And these stadium/arena gigs collectively represent a wide array of musical genres — from Latin pop and hip-hop to hard rock and country.
Here is a look at the current list of top shows scheduled for 2025 in the Bay Area. (We plan to keep adding to this file as more big shows are announced.) Click on the associated links for more information about each show.
Shows are listed chronologically.

Festival La Onda
Having made a successful debut in 2024, the two-day Latin music celebration returns to Napa for Year 2 on May 31 and June 1. Headliners for the 2025 Festival La Onda include Marco Antonio Solis, Banda MS, Pepe Aguilar, Carin León and Grupo Firme.
Stray Kids
Oh, it’s going to be fun when this massively successful K-Pop act hits North America with its dominATE World Tour, which also currently includes stops in Asia, Latin America, Europe and the United Kingdom. Bay Area fans can plan to catch Stray Kids on May 28 at Oracle Park in San Francisco.

Coldplay
Where is the multiplatinum pop-rock act playing this time through the Bay Area? Shoreline? Levis? Oracle Park? Nope, nope and nope. Coldplay is actually set to become the first-ever major rock act to perform at the current Stanford Stadium (which was built in 2005). Coldplay visits the home of Stanford Football May 31 and June 1.
Metallica
Local Metallica fans were definitely starting to get to worried, after watching these metal men announce two years worth of shows — and none of them were happening in the Bay Area. Oh, but James, Lars, Kirk and Robert weren’t about to forget their hometown fans and finally announced Metallica M72 Tour dates for June 20 and 22 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara.
