The fourth contestant has been voted out of the I’m a Celeb camp, leaving behind a tight group of campmates.

Melvin Odoom was the fourth celebrity to be given the boot, after Tulisa exited the jungle last episode.

Melvin seemed thrilled to depart the camp, shouting ‘Yes!’ as his name was called.

The vote was between Melvin Odoom and Maura Higgins, leaving GK Barry, Danny Jones, Coleen Rooney, Reverend Richard Coles, Alan Halsall, Barry McGuigan, and Oti Mabuse on the show.

In his exit interview, Melvin praised Oti Mabuse for being a close friend in the jungle.

‘She reminds me of my sister who I’m really close to,’ he said. ‘She’s super funny and super positive at all times. She’s a great person.’

‘It was difficult,’ he continued. ‘There was a lot of rain. I did struggle on certain days. My sister saying I adapted to it… We’re doing our little chores. Yeah it’s just weird.’

He went on to say: ‘I’ve got a caring nature. When we were cooking, we used to serve everyone else before myself. I wanted to make sure camp was OK before I was.’
