The annual Rose Bowl Half Marathon and 5K has sold out all general entries, organizers announced Tuesday, Jan. 6.
On Jan. 18, an expected 10,000-plus participants will run through the Colorado Street Bridge, Old Town Pasadena and Caltech before finishing at the Rose Bowl Stadium 50-yard line.
“A sell out of our full event this early is already so special, but to also have it happen for our 10th anniversary is a true testament to the amazing running community that’s supported us this past decade,” Brian McCourt, president and chairman of the board of the McCourt Foundation, said in a statement.
There is still an opportunity to participate by joining The McCourt Foundation official charity team by registering for $650. Registration to the charity team guarantees race entry and VIP hospitality.
