The body of a man has been found on the beach near Hove’s secluded Millionaire’s Row.
His remains were found by a passerby off the shore of Western Esplanade, a private cul-de-sac that backs onto Shoreham Harbour, just before 4pm.
The stretch of homes at the end of the Western Lawns is home to celebrities including DJ Fatboy Slim.
The police said: ‘Enquiries are ongoing to identify the man and establish the full circumstances of the incident.’
