Hailing from Cumbria, Abbi works as a vegetable grower and a delivery driver – so we have a feeling she might have some neat tricks up her sleeve in the kitchen.
Born in Yorkshire, the 27-year-old first sparked an interest in baking while learning the craft from her mum in her teen years.
She took a particular fancy to bakes from the Victorian era – think traditional steamed puddings and fruit cakes – and now uses seasonal ingredients while looking to her environment in the English countryside for inspiration.
