European court says it won’t intervene in Archie Battersbee case for second time


Archie Battersbee’s family are running out of options to move their son to a hospice after judges in Strasbourg said they wouldn’t step in.

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has said it will not intervene in the case this evening.

Previously the court said it wouldn’t get involved with a row over continuing Archie’s life support.
