Love Island winner Ekin-Su Culculoglu has revealed she lost a lot of friends after coming out of the villa in 2022.
The Dancing On Ice star, who was saved from elimination on the ITV programme after landing in the skate-off on Sunday, opened up about her life after leaving the Majorcan getaway with her boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti.
Speaking to fellow former Love Island contestant Joe Garratt in a Reddit chat, Ekin-Su shared that her mates sold stories to her to the press.
‘I lost so many friends coming out,’ she said. ‘I don’t have any friends left because they sold stories of me.’
Heartbroken by her admission, Joe replied: ‘Oh that’s so sad, well they weren’t friends then. They sucked. That’s jealousy man, it really is.’

Sharing advice to this year’s winter Love Island contestants for when they eventually leave the series, Ekin-Su implored them to not change due to overnight fame.
‘Don’t get caught up in this ego where you think you’re this celebrity and so you should act a certain way and belittle people – you shouldn’t,’ she said.
‘We’re all equal, I feel like even the person who cleans the toilet, you should respect that person because we’re all the same. Be humble, always.’
