Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) is set to finally come clean to Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) about his prostate cancer test results in EastEnders, but not before the pair have a huge scrap.
Poor Alfie gets more than he bargained for when Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters) gets drunk and reveals Phil’s night of passion with Emma Harding (Patsy Kensit) to him.
Furious that Phil would betray Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) so close to their wedding, Alfie heads to No.29 and prepares to tell her everything.
Later, he tracks down Phil, and once alone, lashes out and punches him for his betrayal.
The pair hash it out, and soon Phil realises that there is something else bothering Alfie.

Eventually, Alfie finally admits that he had lied about the results of his cancer tests.
Phil and Kat had both accompanied him to the hospital to get the results, but he refused to allow Kat into the doctor’s office with him.
After emerging from the appointment with tears in his eyes, he told Kat that he had got the all clear, much to her relief.

However, Phil is stunned when he admits that he lied, and he does have prostate cancer.
As Alfie reveals that he needs to have a prostatectomy, Phil is in disbelief.
Having already fallen out with Kat over keeping Alfie’s secret before, will Phil tell her everything as he heads to the registry office without Alfie?
