EastEnders fans are making a devastating realisation about the 40th anniversary

Distraught EastEnders viewers have realised that the iconic and incomparable Lacey Turner won’t be appearing as her alter-ego Stacey Slater in the upcoming 40th anniversary celebrations.

Lacey, 36, announced yesterday that she was expecting her third child.

Over on Instagram, she shared the exciting news that her children Dusty and Trilby will soon be welcoming their sibling to the world.

Her adorable social media post featured Lacey, partner Matt, Dusty and Trilby on a beach holding some baby scan pictures.

Alongside the snaps, Lacey wrote: ‘Aren’t we lucky…’.

Just hours later, she was spotted alongside her co-stars Kellie Bright, Letitia Dean, Diane Pariah, Gillian Taylforth and Balvinder Sopal showing off her baby bump at the Inside Soap Awards.
