One of the perks of online shopping is the fact that in many cases you can choose your delivery date – whether you need something urgently or whether you’re happy to wait a little longer for it to arrive.
For many who work away from home, a weekend delivery is ideal for making sure you’re in to the answer the door – and if you need something at the last minute it’s also good to know that you can get it on the weekend.
But with Sunday still considered a ‘day of rest’, together with shorter opening hours and post not being delivered, it’s the same story for parcels, which in some cases won’t be dispatched to your door until the following day.
