25 celebrities hanging out with Disney characters at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure


Hollywood celebrities, music superstars and professional athletes like to have fun like the rest of us and there’s no better playground for the rich and famous than Disneyland, just a short limo ride down the I-5 freeway.

Let’s take a closer look at the biggest stars of film, television, music and sports who have visited Disneyland and Disney California Adventure and stopped to pose for photographs with their favorite Disney characters.

No Doubt singer and “The Voice” coach Gwen Stefani donned a Maleficent headband and flashed peace signs with Sulley from Monsters, Inc. in Hollywood Land at Disney California Adventure in October 2014.

No Doubt’s breakout album “Tragic Kingdom” offers a nod to Disneyland and the band’s Orange County roots.

Then “Colbert Report” host Stephen Colbert got goofy next to a propeller plane outside the Soarin’ Over California attraction at Disney California Adventure in August 2010.

Aviator Goofy struck a heroic pose with Colbert, who wore a Mickey ears hat with pilot goggles.

Grammy Award-winning pop singer Christina Aguilera celebrated her 24th birthday with a flight aboard Dumbo the Flying Elephant at Disneyland in December 2004.

The former Mickey Mouse Club Mouseketeer was named a Disney Legend in August.

TV host and supermodel Heidi Klum piloted a Jungle Cruise boat with skipper Mickey at her side during a visit to Disneyland in June 2014.

Klum left her longtime “Project Runway” gig on Bravo for the new “Making the Cut” fashion competition show on Amazon. She will return as a judge for season 2 of “America’s Got Talent: The Champions.”

The fashion icon designed a $600 pair of crystal-encrusted Minnie Mouse ears sold at Disneyland.

“The Office” star Steve Carell wore pumpkin Mickey ears hat to go with Donald Duck’s pumpkin costume during a Halloween visit to Disneyland in October 2013.

Cuoco offered a behind-the-scenes tour of the Rise of the Resistance ride during the “Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge — Adventure Awaits” television special on Freeform in September.
