Andrea Dark was in the front passenger seat of a Volkswagon Golf traveling southbound on El Rancho Drive around 9:45 p.m. when the car veered off the road and crashed. The vehicle’s driver, Jesse Vong, 30, was arrested in suspicion of a felony impaired-driving charge before being released to hospital care.
