San Francisco: Adult pulled from Bay near Pier 40

SAN FRANCISCO — Firefighters rescued an adult from the San Francisco Bay near Pier 40 Friday.

The victim was treated by medics and was expected to be okay, according to the San Francisco Fire Department.

The incident was first reported by the fire department at 7:54 p.m. on Friday.

No additional information on the incident was immediately available.
